Deepdale Retail Park, Preston

This is a total redevelopment of an existing retail park based in Preston. This comprised on the demolishion of an existing public house called 'The Toy Soldier' and the erection of a new food court to compliment the increasing demand on the redevelopment. Deepdale Retail Park is now one of the major retail parks in Preston.

The first phase began in mid 2007 with Kier North West and British Land, starting with the new food court. This is a new build, compising Kingspan RW composite panels  to roof and horizontally laid Kingspan MR composite panels to walls with contrasting feature panels and integral louvre system.

Second phase began on redeveloping units B1 & B2, which comprised of new frontage, completely seperate to existing building. New horizontally laid microrib composite panels with feature mini-microrib panels in contrasting colours. A new high level canopy was isntalled with a bespoke feature bullnose and microrib composite panel soffit.

Before works began and any materials were ordered, working drawings were produced by our dedicated draughtsman, who produces all drawings in AutoCAD format. This can be distributed in many different formats including paper hard copy.

Work for units B1 & B2 have now been completed and here are the latest preliminary pictures we have showing the completed frontage to First Choice Holiday Supermarket building
